​​​​​​​​There are approximately 18,000 youth in the Child Protective Services system in Maricopa County, which means that in all likelihood there are hundreds​ of LGBTQ children in need​ of respectful housing.

​Effective March 13th 2018, our license was amended and we can now accept youth assigned female at birth into our group home!

Mulligan's Manor News

Mulligan’s Manor is a loving and supportive group home dedicated to at-risk gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, and heterosexual adolescents ranging from 12 to 17 years old. We are a family-oriented, LGBTQA (Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgender, Questioning, and Ally) community that nurtures and empowers our youth to reach their full potential, as well as provide tools for a safe and healthy life. 


A "Mulligan" is known by golfers as a second chance, or a "do-over". Our mission is to give every member of our family the second chance to experience the love and respect he deserves.
